Talk:FIPS mode()

Feel free to edit the notice, especially in case anyone thinks it's too intense. I figured users should be immediately told if the functionality they're expecting but aren't getting isn't because of an error they on their end.

I removed the notice and made some changes per Matt's request. The thread at the FIPS mode talk page has all of the details.
