The current OpenSSL licence is an "Apache style" license.

That license is recognized as sub-optimal and some thought has been given to migrating to a pure Apache license. Future contributions to OpenSSL and contributions to this wiki will use these draft Individual Contributor and Corporate Contributor agreements.
